The company enlists the help of two actors, going under the names Orbaj and Jorbo, who claim to be the corrupt guardsmen from the “remote province of Jorbad.” Orbaj and Jorbo are bringing the company to justice for stealing sheep, claiming they have “kids to feed” and that this is a “do or die” situation and that they have to “bring home the bread or not.” Orbaj and Jorbo successfully imprison the rest of the company in Garth Tauron.
Iris, in prison, has acquired a Gandalf Rune face tattoo. The company escapes into the depths of Garth Tauron, which contains lots of old Númenórean infrastructure for preserving the dead. They solve some riddles to discover the hidden tax money squirreled away by the last Captain of the Haven after the Great Flood. Iris finds magic armor.
The company nearly dies fighting some Marsh-dwellers, and then escapes the sewers, and continues on towards Lond Daer.
The company finally reaches Lond Daer, but is attacked by a spectral wolf. Queen Nimue of Lond Daer entreats the company to defeat the menace.
This bustling crossroad is home to a cozy inn. Tomas, a shepherd, was attacked by a trolls while coming home late one night off a nearby hill Amon Bael.
The company tracks the trolls to their hole, dubbing them the Troll Polycule. They smoke one of them out (Pickle Nose Pete). Then they sneak into the hole and kill the others, Bumpy Jowls and Crusty Linda. The company finds the keystone of Amon Bael and a bunch of cursed magic items.
Back at Amon Bael, the company opens up the Tomb of Tar Aldarion, and discovers the location of the Tomb of the Dunlendings. Bjarne sits on the Throne of Sight and sees the Eye of Sauron.
The Company learns about gambling debts and gets strongarmed by Master Yavel into plundering the Tomb of the Dunlendings.
Before they leave, they seek out Hirot’s oldest, weirdest resident, the Widow Saarna. She has a marriage proposition. The company spend a lot of time trying to puzzle out if marrying a witch in a fantasy game involves sex. Handíl eventually gets engaged to the witch.
Iris finds the Wolfspear and Horn of the Dunlendings. After leaving, they are confronted by Master Yavel, demanding the treasure. He is persuaded that it is still inside, and triggers the trap, collapsing the tomb on himself.

The company fights the wolf, and kills it.
