In the Crystal Realm, the players raided the Inquisitors’ watchtower on a mission to rescue Zura, the daughter of Mayor Buzrulf of Zossimi. Most of the evil goons were dispatched with violence, but one Brother, in the throes of a mid-level crisis, was convinced to pursue his dream of becoming a harpist…

Poverty stricken and trying to raise money to travel to Grenouille, Dandelar offers to write poems describing the players. Buying some but not all of the poems means that he will stick around Zossimi singing the players’ praises. If this is the case, Inquisitor Ranade will come directly to the players on Day 4 and he’ll be inside one of the Gibbets. If Dandelar has moved on, Ranade comes on Day 5, and the players have a chance to escape.
“Do you not recognize me? It is I, Dandelar St. Aubin –harp strum– aka Brother Mid-level Watchman. I have been pursuing my dream of becoming a harpist for an entire day! Please, buy some poems. I’m trying to raise enough money to travel to Grenouille, where my music will be appreciated.”
He increases his prices after each poem.
“My poems are in high demand, I’ve already sold 1. The price of this next poem is 5sp. I only need to sell 4 more poems!”
Dandelar insists on reciting all commissioned poems, and will not be dissuaded from doing so even for large sums of money.
If all 5 are purchased, Dandelar will leave town, moving to Grenouille.
“Oh happy day, I finally have enough to pursue my dream!”
